Dimitra doesn't want to move; With the premise of the contest title, the first idea is that Dimitra will not move. Therefore, we have to find a way to keep her family in her home but improve the conditions of her care and, at the same time, be able to propose an interior development and landscape which allows us to improve the living conditions of Dimitra and her husband Panagiotis, in the home that they built with their own hands, in the same way as to be able to consolidate one.
In the same way that Dimitra and Panagiotis cared for and protected their family and others, we contemplate taking this empathic way of living life and taking their property as a space that allows you to care for yourself and your neighbours. Developing a personal mountain, a natural area for her personal use, inspired by the construction of the cultural landscape, the social activities of the neighbourhood and, ultimately, thinking about the legacy of this woman who, even in her advanced age, continually seeks how to collaborate and help others. The house and the property will have a vocation of service to the community, providing them with services to which they currently need easy access.
