The objective of the course was to physically analyze five fundamental aspects of the architectural design of an assigned project: Parti, Circulation, Shighlines, Poche and Detail for Maison Gauthier. The models are crafted as one series in which the scale would allow the shape and geometry to stand out, as well as the relationship with the material in which they are made, primarily materials that require a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail high level. The process of experimentation in the workshop allows the consolidation of a simple but forceful language by establishing an interest in the relationships between geometry, spatiality and the poetics of the natural materials used in the actual project.
