My design features a composition which showcases the movement and catches the curvy void volume of the cast pieces. By placing pieces in multiple levels, the whole composition invites viewers from the exterior to the interior of the structure and walk through it from the bottom, the curvy dome, to the very top, the half dome hanging on a skinny rectangular  structure. The various directions of the curve connect and echo with each other suggesting a harmonious balance. The convex and concave surface can be viewed as windows or thresholds from one part of the complex to another. The Scaffolding creates not only support to the cast pieces, but also presents different characteristics by dowel difference, structural difference and height difference. With the play of multiple dynamic forms, the scaffolding structure helps the viewer to read the composition in vertical direction and adds visual interests within the composition.
