The Recycled Can Light reuses discarded food cans to provide a sustainable alternative to traditional light fixtures. Each lamp features two cans - one serving as a shade and reflector while the other conceals the lighting components.

The lamp features a curved wooden arm contrasting the cans' sleek surface, and its exaggerated form provides a playful character to the design. The lights are mounted on 3D-printed recycled brackets using wooden pins, offering swivel functionality and the flexibility to be used as a pendant, wall sconce, or table lamp. The light is easily dismantled at the end of its use, and its componentsreturned to their original cycle. The wood will biodegrade in the earth, the plastic melted into a new form, and the tin cans will continue on their journey to be reimagined as new steel.

The Recycled Can Light is more than just a lighting fixture - it's a symbol of hope and a reminder of the potential of sustainable design.
