Lilly Reich had a significant role as a modernist designer, but did not gain enough credit. In connection to the Path, the underground level of the TD Center will be a reading room and archive dedicated to Lilly Reich. The space focuses on the work that she did herself, and with Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe. Her significance is shown by the layout of the Velvet and Silk Café showcasing her furniture, and historical records. This project is meant to produce exciting interactions between the public.
