Our clients have been labeled as marginalized individuals by their sexuality, neglected by the majority of the social groups and sometimes feel unwelcome in a lot of the public spaces. What they need is not only a place to live, but also a comfortable, home-like environment where they can truly express their own identity. To break the rule of a conventional dwelling experience and create a unique opportunity for queer youth to feel truly themselves in the space, This suite features geometric forms with curved shapes and also a non flooring design to give a sense of openness and not feeling restricted. In order to prioritize the need of our residents, to let those minors bond and flourish, I have optimize the possibility for them to engage and hopefully will help them to overcome the harm and to lead them towards a bright new journey.
