Graze market is a proposed bulk food and zero waste store located on a corner lot on Jarvis Street, Fort Erie. Leaving the existing structure as-is, the interior environment is designed to suit the needs of K, a trained physical therapist, mother, and wife who lives on a farm on the outskirts of Fort Erie and aspires to live more self-reliantly and sustainably. Supplies are fresh and promote ethically responsible farming while stimulating the local economy. The design aims to bring life and light back into a forgotten street through a small business that offers an exchange of support with the local community.
