This emotive object is inspired by the painting The Milkmaid by Johannes Vermeer. The painting depicts a milkmaid carefully pouring milk into a pottery container on a table in a plain room. The compositional elements in the painting are carefully designed, which draw viewers' attention to the focal point of the painting: pouring milk. It is the focal point of the painting and the attention of the maid. Therefore, I decided to imitate the two containers and the pouring milk in an abstract manner, and working with artificial lighting, to convey the emotional message stemming from the painting to the viewer.
