Through the reimagining of the Don Giovanni as a womanizing wealthy cruise ship owner, this set design proposes a cruel landscape for the play to take place. As the corpses of sea creatures and plants adorn the space, it hints at the impure intent of Giovanni and foreshadows his demise. The development of uncanny decals that are neither alive or dead further the tension of whether the scoundrel will meet his match.
