This proposal breathes new life into the home Dimitra and Panagiotis built for themselves 25 years ago. The ground floor storage rooms have been reimagined into a small art studio and reimagined living space catering to the mobility issues that one experiences with age. We’ve also added amenities that can provide service to residents and community members alike, providing Dimitra and Panagiotis with the chance to age in place comfortably and with ease.
