Our intention is to CONNECT the commercial town of Cortonawith the Fortezza di Girifalco through an intermediate site whereinteractions between newcomers and the community of Cortonawill be facilitate through a series of activities.A vibrant hub  placed as a focal point between the Fortezzaand the town centre will attract multigenerational users fromboth ends of this settlement and solidify the presence of an artacademy at the top of Mount St. Egidio.An intervention in the form of a square cube penetrating the inside of the church of Sant’Antonio Abate and extending to the outside area will provide more space for the newArt Centre.
