Located at 401 Richmond, are the headquarters for Compass, a newly established furniture company. The goal of Compass is to bring the adventure of outdoors inside, bringing the beauty of the nature to the typical mundane office setting. This office interior features multiple landscape zones, taking inspiration from natural elements. Depicted in this sectional perspective are the forest and mountain zones. The main feature of this space are the towering tree pods that offer private rooms for meetings, workspaces, and rest zones. Sitting on top of these pods are glass skylight domes, used to allow natural light to flood this interior workspace. These trees are surrounded by a wide-open space with varying heights, used to mimic the rolling hills of a mountain. All together, these natural landscapes bring a sense of adventure to the workplace, giving employees a fun work environment and drawing them into the workplace.
